Accident Policy

Who is protected?

Current ISI Professional & Skater (Individual) Members who have purchased their membership. 

Covered Activities: Members participating in Ice Skating Activities that are scheduled, sponsored, sanctioned, and supervised by the ISI.

Non-Members may participate in such activities/events if they pay the appropriate fee.

Coverage: Accident Insurance

Maximum Amounts: $25,000 Accident Medical Expense Benefit, (Excess basis)

• $1,000 Deductible amount per accident
• $250 Dental Limit per tooth per accident
• $10,000 Accident Death & Dismemberment Benefit
• $100,000 AD&D, Aggregate Limit per Accident

*** Note – Coverage excludes all commutation/travel to and from the ice facility

Coverage is effective the day the completed form and the appropriate fee are received in the ISI office. Membership must remain current for the coverage to remain in effect.

This is only a brief description of the coverage available under the Policies. The Policies may contain reductions, limitations, exclusions, and termination provisions. Full details of the coverage are contained in the Policies. If there are any conflicts between the contents of this document and the Policies, or if any point is not covered in this document, the terms and conditions of the Policies will govern in all cases.
